Can I move the Uninstall folders?

Is it possible to move the Uninstall folders to a location other than
c:\winnt?

I would like to move all current folders, and configure the system to create
new uninstall folders in a folder other than the c:\winnt folder.

It is possible to move the uninstall folders to a new location, but you will
need to keep the files intact. But you will need to move them back if you
need to uninstall the application or update packages. By moving these files
you will break the mapping to these files.
