Can multiple updates be installed at once?

When using Windows Update, and there are multiple items to download, such as
on a fresh install of Windows, all of the downloads are installed and then
the system is restarted. Is there any way to save the downloads for future
installation? (I understand I can get all the downloads individually, through
Windows Update Catalog, but then one has to invoke each update one at a time.)

Hi
You can always download the updates from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/s...displaylang=sv. There you can
download and save the updates on your computer, and then you can chose to
install them whenever you like.
