Can new user account see my account?

If I have accounts setup in Windows Mail and bookmarks in Internet
Explorer, can those be seen by a user with a newly setup user account
on the same machine?

Favourites are by User account. They could only see them in explorer, not
IE.

Thanks. Are cookies shared across accounts in IE?

No they are also user specific.
