I can no longer get my windows updates. Please help me.

I have Cumulative security update for active x 17 other security updates and
a few tha just say update for windows xp. When I go to install these like I
used to it comes back "Te following updates were not installed:

(Ignore the title) Updates are not installed successfully from Windows
Update, from Microsoft Update, or by using Automatic Updates after you
perform a new Windows XP installation or you repair a Windows XP
installation

If registering the Wups2.dll file in Windows and reinstalling the Windows
Update Agent failed to fix the problem, then see: :-
You cannot install some updates or programs

Then on the WU Website, select your history of updates - now click on failed
update (red mark) and see if there is an error code.
If there is an error code, write it down and post back or in the
alternative, do a search for the error code.

Yup, she's a 'goddess' all right. BTW, the fix apparently changed your
sender name from Tim to Timothy. Now, that's a first ... a polite,
