While not as extreme time wise, I've seen the same thing over and
over. There as got to be a bug in Vista that sometimes results in
extreme delays in deleting files. Normally I can delete 40-60 even a
100 GB worth of files and it very fast. Other times it either nags for
permission for just takes forever.

Ignore the fools that will yell you don't know what your doing. They
are clueless children. It is just another unresolved issue in Vista.
There are hundreds of them still lurking.

He says other, larger files delete with no problems.

His posting is so vaugue you can't possibly know "why" it's happening.

Your just a putz, you should not be allowed anywhere near a computer.

You are a bug. A very small one.

Stop commenting on anything. You have nothing intelligent to say.

Oh I don't know... maybe when Vista does something it isn't suppose to
do, most people call that a BUG.

Doesn't matter. Let me guess, you're one of those rummies that thinks
everybody's computer belongs to Microsoft and they, not you get to
decide if or not your can do something. Well fool, I'm old school. I
bought my computer with my money, I'm the boss. It better damn well do
WHAT I TELL IT TO DO, like when I say delete a file, DELETE THE DAMN
THING. Understand yet?

I didn't say I knew why it was happening you lummox loser, I simply
confirmed I've seen it do the same thing on many machines as well.
Understand now dummy? No, of course not because you're just another
idiot.

>Your just a putz, you should not be allowed anywhere near a computer.

Well duh, I build mine from scratch, being doing that for 15 or more
years already. I bet none of the dicks that try to pick a fight with
me are smart enough to put their own computer together.

It's a bug only if it can be replicated. You've never done beta testing
so you don't know that. And you don't really know if Vista is causing
the problem or if some old software, written before Vista, still has its
"hook" on a file in the folder. Always check to see if some service
might not have stopped that should have stopped and is related to a file
in the folder in question.
We've seen this before.

So why can't you get your one little install of Vista Business to run
properly if you're the "boss"?

Your too stupid to ever understand why it happens or what is causing it.
All you can say is that it's MS/Vista causing the problem.
But you don't really know.

hehehe...you built yours from scratch...hahaha...well asswipe, that was
your first mistake seeing as how obviously stupid and incompetent you are.
Also aren't the ****wit idiot moron loser who was too cheap to spend the
few extra $'s to get what he really wanted (Ultimate) so you
penny-pinched and went with Business...then...like the fukkin idiot you
are...you did and in place upgrade over XP!...LOL!
You should shoot yourself for being so stupid...no wait...you're proly
too stupid to even successfully do that...have bubba do it for you while
he's "driving"!

Geeze, even if I had such a group, for sure you'll fail to qualify out
of sheer, unadulterated stupidity. You're too stupid to be a member of
any idiot's club!
You're the real and unchallenged village idiot and our reigning fool!
Congratulations mr gotemeyer! You deserve it!...LOL!

Everything I've reported has been replicated by countless Vista users.
Instead of always being a asshole in this newsgroup Frank learn to use
Google and read about the misery millions of Vista users have
reported.

>So why can't you get your one little install of Vista Business to run
>properly if you're the "boss"?

You being a liar, never tire of repeated your same feeble lies.

>Your too stupid to ever understand why it happens or what is causing it.

I said I've seen situations where no application is accessing a file,
so clearly it isn't open, nor is it a permission or ownership issue,
not even a file abbritute issues. Windows AT TIMES simply refuses to
delete folders and/or files in a single pass, leaving them behind. The
same thing sometimes happens when you attempt to move large volumes of
files across drives.

Just because some loud ignorant buffoon like you hasn't seen this
doesn't mean it doesn't happen. That's your number one problem Franky.
You base everything on your extremely limited little universe and
squeal like a stuck pig yelling your dumb ass off if the problem
hasn't happened to you. That makes you a ****wit because you suffer
from terminal tunnel vision and are far to pig headed to even consider
problems exist with Vista outside your little world.

You'll never learn, because you don't want to learn. That's the
biggest fool of all.
