I can not down load the latest update software.

When I push the down load latest update software, I get this!

Just didn't work out that services.msc way, and running REGSVR32 to a dll.
I wont use the regedit, cause last time i re-install windows and lost all my
recent data... There must be a "non-damage" solutin.
I also never get the messege of "access is dinied" just the error number.
Sorry about my english, i'm brazilian. I had to post here cause brazilians
are few users...
