I can not download any update

I have win XP MC and ican not download any update. my error number is
0x80200010. if some one know the meaning of this number please tell.

Check your network connection...

0x80200010 resolves to: BG E NETWORK DISCONNECTED
There are currently no active network connections.
Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) will try again when an adapter is connected.
