policy provider windows firewall
filter name query user
if the policy provider identified is windows firewall check for information
for adjusting windows firewall settingsif a different policy provider has
been identified check the providers documentation on how to adjust policy
settings
i have virgin media pc guard as my firewall

I have spoken to other folks that are experiencing the same, and other
serious problems since the last update (this week). Beginning to make ME
