Usually, the hardware manufacturer provides a disk with the driver. If not,
you'll have to go to the manufacturer's web site and download the driver.

Can you provide us the steps you took to install the hardware and what hardware you are trying to install?
Some hardware wants you to install the software drivers first, then the hardware, while others will recommend putting the the vendor driver disk in after you mount the hardware.

That is one of the issue, I have the drivers from them and it still doe
not install. I have tried to install the drivers from boot up, window
always sees them and I point it to the drivers (manufactures) and als
try to let it search for the drivers. Still no luck. I have check IR
issue and there are no issues

Sag

Some of that hardware is years old. Have you been to the Siig, 3Com and
Linksys websites and looked for Vista drivers?
