can not install programs

everytime i try to install a program i always get a box that pops up saying i
dont have the approiate adminstration privlidges. i am the adminstrator and
its the only account on this computer.

Right click the setup program and select "Run as Administrator". Even as an
Adminstrator account, you are still limited as to what you can do.
