can not install update for background intelligent transfer service

Dear all,

I have to a problem to install the Update for Background Intelligent
Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1 (KB842773). I opened the windows
update page and click express install, then stuck by failure of installing
this (KB842773). Any idea? Please help. This is a workstation XP sp1 in
SBS2000 domain. Thanks in advance.
