CAN NOT REBOOT COMPUTER AFTER INSTALING UPDATES

AFTER INSTALLING MICROSOFT UPDATES, MY COMPUTER WILL NOT RESTART.
I HAVE TO TURN IT OFF BY HOLDING IN THE OFF BUTTON, WAIT 5 MINS THEN IT
WILL TURN ON OK, WITH UPDATES INSTALLED .
