Can not receive mail from a contact,

The contact is on my list and I am able too send her emails BUT I'm not
getting hers at all.

Do her messages show up in the inbox folder on your account's webmail page?

Are they going to your Spam or Junk folder? Have you mistakenly put her on
your "Blocked Senders List"?
