Can not receive or send e-mails

I receive this error message every time I get into my e-mail:
Server Response '250'SIZE' 30996480 Port 25, Server error 250, Error Number
0x800CCC7D --- Also the old e-mails I delete keep coming back into my inbox.

Also I tried to send an e-mail and received an error number 0x800CCCOF--Port
110

Since this is not a Windows Update issue, you need to post in a newsgroup
for the particular email client you are using (which you didn't say).
