Can not save favorite

I can not save a favorite link in Internet Explorer.
I get this error message: "Unable to create" and " Unspecified error".

I have moved "Documents", "Pictures" and "Favorites" to other folders (on another drive).

Everything else works fine.

I can drag'n'drop a favorite from the Internet Explorer address bar to the folder in Windows Explorer, so rights is ok, and I can
access my Favorites from Internet Explorer as normal, but not save to them with Internet Explorer's "Add to Favorites...".

Silly it offer me to move the folder, if it's useless thereafter.
