I was using WLM until I upgraded to IE7. Now all the signon icon does is
spin continuously. I have checked the KB and made the changes recommened.
But still does not work. Anyone have a clue on this one?

I use Norton Internet Security, Windows XP.

Greetings,

Which KB is this? Have you tried removing the policies key?

To do so, shut down Messenger entirely by right-clicking on its icon in the notification area
and choosing Exit, then download and run this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/dow...lmpolicies.reg

Then try signing in again.
