can not sturt vista after not compleated updates

Hi. I have Vista home premium and today i experienced some difficultie
- i set up the updates installation and watched a movie. Whe
installation required system reboot, in system everything stopped t
work. and i hand to force shut down the system. And now i can not star
the system - computer works but i see only black display. Maybe somebod
knows how what to do to fix my problem. Thank you a lot
