can not update or install in vista

I have been attempting to install adobe flash player and run windows update.
I receive an error code of 80070005 while running window update. when i try
to install i get a msg 'your security settings do not all websites to use
ActiveX controls installed on your computer.' i went and add the websites in
the trusted site and nothing happen, kept getting same msg. what to do next
to get around this pblm?

80070005 is a Permissions issue.
First, uninstall the previous version:

See " If the ActiveX Control for Flash Player fails to install, download
the executable installer. "
Make sure you *right* click the executable and choose 'Run as admin'.
