When I go to the Windows Update page, and click Express, I get this message
"The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem."
I have no idea why. I have tried putting my Norton Security on the lowest
level, and it still wouldn't work.

I am seeing the exact same thing. I've gone through the options listed below
and have gotten nowhere. I have turned off my firewall and relaxed my
internet security options but this has not helped.

Sorry, I need to correct what I wrote just a cou;oe of minutes ago. I just
tried again shutting off my firewall and I was able to get the updates. I
don't know what has changed that caused me not to be able to get them with
the firewall on but it did work with the firewall off. I guess this
eliminates the automatic update option since I will only be able to get
updates when I have manually turned my firewall off.
