Can not view all client computers in the WSUS console

There are 40 PCs in our domain. But when I install WSUS in the network
system, there are only 36 PCs showed in the WSUS console. Would you please
tell me how to get the rest in the console?

Go to each of the 4 PCs not showing in the WSUS Console. Run the Client
Diagnostic Tool, and post the results.

Ergo.... your GPO is not being applied to this system.
