Hello,
At work I can see my home live messenger (when my wife is logged in, that
is) and initiate a chat and all is well.

However, on the home computer it does not want to see my work account as
able to use messenger and the only option is to send an email.

It was working last week but not now. I tried upgrading to the latest
version, just in case, but that doesn't work either.

So, it is working but can only be initiated from one side. All other
contacts listed are ok though, it is just my work's.

Can anyone tell me why it might be doing this?
