can only log into 1 account

i have 2 account that i use on the same computer. i have not been able to log
into my main account for about 2 weeks now. it usually says that my service
is temproarily unavaiable or something to that matter, but i can log into my
secondary account just find. i rarly use this account. do u know why this
would be happening??? or a way to fix it???

What's the exact error code you're seeing when the error message comes up for that account?
Additionally, can you log into that account using the WebMessenger
(http://webmessenger.msn.com)?
