Can ordinary people get 5743? (RC2)

The build number and release date as well as other information about RC2 has
not been released by Microsoft so anything said is speculation at best.

RC2 should be available for everyone.

The more common rumour (and rumour is all it is) has RC2 coming out in two
days, this Friday.

I have not seen that from any official source.
But my guess is the Technical Beta, TAP and all the usual will get it and
not count in that 50,000.
The 50,000 number is probably a random of CPP as it has been in the past.

Only time will tell.

Only ONE PERCENT will get build 5743? That's not even a noticable
statistical sample...

I hope that number is wrong, if not for the users sakes, at least for
Microsoft's OWN internal statisticians.
