Can I Reboot Windows Update

Windows update normally works fine on my computer. The December update
doesn't want to download. The download icon has said 11% for the last four
days.
The icon goes away and restarts, but never finish. All other internet access
is fast. All other downloads work fine.
I have tried to run Windows Update directly in the browser. I got one update
only to download on Monday.
Is there a way I can reset and restart the download?

I find a solution
I went into C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download and
C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\EventCache.
I started to delete supicious files and directories until Windows Update
started to work again.
