Can Receive E-Mail but cannot send it

I have Vista and use Windows E-Mail for two E-Mail addresses. The first one
has always worked fine but I just added this second one and I can only
receive e-mail, I can't send it. I keep getting this error message:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'new', Account: 'Wolf Pac
Air', Server: 'mail.wolfpacair.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Not sure what I can do about it, but its really annoying. Thanks to anyone
who replies.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I switched my SMTP to the same as my default
and now I can receive and send e-mail.
