Did you read the message? Did you go to
http://www.charter.com/postmaster
and read the description for error E5110? The problem is not a Windows Mail
problem. You must get help from Charter.
Is this the first time you have used that email account? If so then you
might need to get Charter to fix it so messages sent using that account are
not considered spam. Does the message have content that Charter might be
suspicious of? Then you need to get Charter to allow it, as described in
their web page. If you have sent mail before using that account and there is
no explanation for why it would be considered spam, the perhaps Charter is
having problems and you need to complain to Charter so they know to fix it.
