Can receive e-mail using window live mail, but not office outlook 2007

When I used window XP, I could recieve e-mail in either window live mai
or office outlook 2007.
I installed window vista system yesterday. Under this system, Outloo
2007 cannot recieve e-mail from a mail sever in my company. However
window live mail works well. (oulook 2007 can recieve e-mail fro
hotmail) .

I have tried to re-install OS and Mircrosoft outlook 2007, but did no
work.
But with window xp system, Mircosoft outlook 2007 works. And windo
live mail works for this account with the same setting in Window Vist
system
