I got a new notebook with Windows Vista Home Premium in Spanish. An IT guy
try to change the language to English and he formated the hard disk. I do not
have Windows Vista CD or DVD. I have my product key, can i recover windows
vista and use the same product key?

Thanks for your comments...

Plain and simple...if you just purchased and new machine and it had Spanish
on it...but you wanted English..you should have purchased one already in
English.
I'd contact the vendor and explain the situation...they may be able to help
you

Try ordering a replace DVD from the place you purchased your notebook, if
you want English, you have purchase a copy or indicate the local you want
the operating system, otherwise, you will just have purchase Window Vista
Ultimate if you want use both languages.

Yes, you can do it with key you have purchased. You can do it with
almost all software products. If your system still runs you can use
special software to recover your product keys. Most of them support some
versions of Windows and some other Microsoft products. Also there is a
products like "Recover Keys" ( 'Recover Lost Product Keys for Microsoft
Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, Office, SQL, Exchange - CD-Key Retrieve -
Overview' (http://recover-keys.com/) ) that support all Windows versions
and 300+ of other major software packages.
