Can I remove this item from Control Panel?

Whoops, silly me, I used that Kelly's Korner tweak to "Add clipboard t
Control Panel" forgetting that it only applied to XP and won't work wit
Vista. There's now an icon for it in my vista control panel which whe
clicked on just brings up an error message. Can I easily remove thi
from CP? If it's complicated I won't bother but could somebody jus
reasure me that it's doing no harm there! many thanks.:shock

Win + E » navigate to C:\Windows\System32 »

Search for *.cpl (control panel items have .cpl extension) »

Move the desired .CPL to another location

choice so that they will not display in it anymore.
