How can I remove photoview

photoview is preventing my applications from running.
I cant even delete it from the registry.

how do I remove it please?

Programs & Features control panel and remove it and/or follow the
manufacturer's instrcutions.

What exactly *is* PhotoView (the one you are speaking of?)
