How can i return back people I deleted but not blocked ?

I know that if I deleted someone from my list, and not blocked him, he still
can see me but I dont see him.
if I want to see him on my contact list how do I change it?

When you delete a contact but you didn't block him/her, you can add him/her
back by going to: Tools > Options > Privacy > Allow List

In the Allow List, you need to find the contact (the list is sorted on name
and you can press the first letter of the name to quickly jump to the first
entry for that letter). Right click the contact and choose "Add to contacts".

The contact will be added again to your list in the group it was in before.
