If you at least have 3 primary partitions, you can do it with
http://jawade.nl/binaries/HWBOOT803ED.zip
You have to put GRUB into the Ubuntu-bootrecord.
Then replace the Windows-MBR
Install HWBOOT
Choose at a reboot for remove HWBOOT
Choose the partition for W2K
If there is nothing yet, booting fails.
Reboot with the W2K CD and install it.
Install HWBOOT
Ready.
