I can send but not recieve e-mails .

This is the message I get when trying to connect. I have had my ISP try to
help me fix it, but they could not.

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop3.frontiernet.net',
Server: 'pop3.frontiernet.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0Erecieve.

Please help if you can.

Doesn't look like you have the server name right (.net vs. .com), and it
doesn't appear you need the SSL checked in your setup either.

You need to sack your ISP. They are totally incompetent.
