How Can I set the policy on each user

Hello:

I have stand alone Win2K3 server. May I know is it possible to setup
individuals user policy to have local restriction?

If yes, may I have idea how to do it?

Its not possible in policy. You could give users a logon script with various
registry settings: but there is nothing to enforce it,
