Can Smart Panel v2.0 support Windows XP?update041205

What in the world are they referring to as Windows XP?update041305 and then
have date 4/13/2005. I tried to search Microsoft site for update041305 and
cannot find anything. My Epson scanner used to work with Windows XP Pro (it
still works with ME) but I reinstalled Windows XP Pro and installed the
updates. I was hoping to maybe verify that the update was the problem and
uninstall it but don't know what update041305 is?

Any clue?
