When you *download it*, *install it* or what?
Be specific about what Operating System (specifically - like Windows XP
Home, Windows XP Pro, Windows XP Media Center, etc) you have, what SP3 you
are speaking of (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Office XP, Office 2003, etc) how
you are trying to 'download' SP3 and how you are going about trying to
install this particular SP3.
