Can someone delete numerous inapproriate advertising postings?

Someone is using this group (and possibly others since I have not checked) to
post a large number of totally inappropriate advertising messages (e.g.
replica designer purses, watches etc.). This newsgroup is NOT for such
commercial and self promoting purposes. Can we get them deleted and block
this individual. Her postings all show:
