Hello. To make an MS DOS startup disk, or a Computer Boot Disk: insert
floppy disk into drive A. Then right click and click Format. you shoul
see a column pop-up. Check the "Create a MS DOS Boot Disk". Nothing els
matters. Then click the start button at the bottom of the column. If i
does not work because it is write protected, turn the write protectio
off. To do this, turn the disk over and move the write protect butto
located here

Then when it is formatted, a dialog box will pop-up and say that i
finished sucessfully, or that an error occured. Hope this helps
