can t download sp2 0x8024401B

I can`t download xp sp2 error=0x8024401, please tell me how to overcome this
proxy?

Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services and check if Windows Installer is
running. If not, turn it on. Doing this solved error 8024401B on my computer.

You cannot download updates when you access the Windows Update Web site from a Windows
