without the Cancel/Allow dialog, and without turning off UAC
altogether??

Maybe there should be 3 options:

Cancel
Allow
Always allow without this nag screen

TIA
Graham

And a Fifth...Ask my Mom.
And a Sixth... I Wasn't Paying Attn...What Was That?
And a Seventh... I Was Drunk...Ask Me Nine More Times

Like no one else knows this, why don't you send the suggestion into MS?

That last one would be too innovative for the boys from Redmond.

How 'bout - "Are you dumb or something? Do as I told you the last 25
times..."

Dankeschoen Sascha

unfortunately it didn't work. Error message:
"<program> detected an unsupported Windows version. Windows 2000/XP/
or Vista are required"

I'm using Vista Ult

Trust Microsoft not to recognize its own OS.

Tried again on XP (dual boot on this PC), this time the Toolkit had an
option missing. Tried on another PC with XP, same problem. So I gave
up.

Thanks again

Graham

Thanks for the great information. This is exactly what I was looking for and
it worked great. I'm a newbie so it took two times to get it to work, but it
worked. Thanks for the information.
