Go here Line 14, this script will let you know what OS you have and the date
it was installed, and the version.

Hello,
Control Panel > classic view > System. You'll find it under "system'
heading.

Hi,

On my computer it's easy. Go to Welcome Center. Double click View Computer.
Look for System Type:
