Can I tell Windows I never want the Malicious Software Removal Tool?

Does anyone know if there's any way to configure Windows Update so that
it will quit trying to send me updates to the Malicious Software
Removal Tool? I have no intention to install this, and it's annoying
to have to explicitly decline each update.
