Depending on your OS, there are a couple of ways. In
Win2k, when I went to the Windows Update page, there used
to be a selection on the left of the screen for "Windows
Catalog" that allowed me to download all updates of all
OS's. In XP that appears to be gone and when I click on
the "catalog" tab it appears to be a different thing.
My best guess would be to download service pack 2 for XP,
that has it all. For other OS's, try the update site with
that OS and see if there is a way for you to get to the
Windows Catalog.
Of course you can download each update by searching for it
and downloading it from the "Download Center" but you may
have to go the PC, go to the Update page to see what it
needs and then go to your fast connection to get the
downloads.
