Can I update 2003/2008 servers with no network connection?

I have a closed test network, and would like to occationally update/patch the
servers. Obviously I cant use Windows update over the Internet, and I want to
know if it is possible to retrieve the updates and put them on a CD, and
simulate the functionality of the Windows update site of that disc?

I use it on our not internet connect networks and it works really good, all
OS versions and Office is included.
