how can update my c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\services ?

hi, im an programmer and need to update the files
"c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\services" and
"c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" but is not posible, somebody could
help me.
pd im working with WindowsVista

Hello,

In order to write to these locations, the application you are using will
need to be running elevated.

For example, if you are wanting to use notepad to modify a file here, you
will need to run notepad "as administrator" by right-clicking it and
clicking run as administrator.
