Well there could be all kinds of issues waiting to jump on you so if
nobody here has done it you could Google for something like this.

For example some versions of the motherboard might not like it, maybe a
faster video card would help, or even more memory 'cause you didn't say
how much is in there. It's really a question of value for money you can
often get a decent spec machine from people like geeks.com for half what
it would cost you in time and money to build one. Not trying to put you
off at all just making the point that doubling CPU clock speed does not
necessarily that big of improvement overall.
