How can i use my notebook's fingerprint reader to log on?

How can i use my notebook's fingerprint reader to log on?

I don't want a password manager, no third party software, JUST to swipe my
finger and log on.... that's it.

Is there any way to add this feature in windows? or is it already there
(this would be nice) and i'm missing something.

Microsoft?!

The device will require, at a minimum, drivers and software from the
manufacturer to do this. Windows doesn't have an integral component to
handle this kind of transaction.
