Can vista do this??

I want to type in Thai, but i cant find anything online to do it. I dont
want the whole OS to change language, just the typing. Does anyone know of a
good typing download? Thanks in advance

Sure just go to Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region\Change keyboards
or other input methods.

Then click Change keyboards, from there you can add the desired keyboard and
languages. You then use the language bar to toggle back and forth as needed.
