Where can we report UK Guide errors?

From MCE 2004 Help:
"Select First run to record the shows that have an original air date of less
than a week or that are not marked as reruns."

This does not occur in the UK. This feature should be active otherwise I
believe 'false advertising' comes into play. MS shouldn't be selling a
product in the UK with certain features listed, that are not yet in place.
Then again Sky+ have been doing it for years with their Dual Recording

Seriously though, I think the problem lies with the UK MCE guide listings
provider not tagging programmes with a 'first aired' date. TiVo had a
similar problem a year ago.

Can someone at MS/who knows MS, at least confirm this is receiving urgent
attention? I'm sick of having 300 recordings of the Simpsons and countless
other shows. I just want the new ones.

Are you saying they are aware of the First Run issue, or the lack of a UK
problem report page?
