Can Win 2008 R2 Std do clustering?

Hello,

I have 2 Windows 2008 R2 Standard servers I'd like to cluster as these will
be the frontend servers for our file server, I don't see the cluster option
anywhere in the admin tools, do I need to install Enterprise version?

Yes, for a Windows server 2008 R2 cluster you need as in all earlier verisons
the Enterprise edition:
